Sensitive Personal Information: (From GB/T 35273-2020 "Information Security Technology Personal Information Security Specification") refers to personal information that, once leaked, illegally provided or abused, may endanger personal and property safety, easily lead to damage to personal reputation, physical and mental health, or discriminatory treatment. Personal sensitive information includes: personal identity information (such as ID card), personal property information (such as bank account number) and other information (such as communication records and content, address book, whereabouts, precise positioning information, etc.) (We will define specific personal sensitive information in this privacy policy as Bold be prominently marked).
System permissions: Refers to the system permissions that the mobile smart terminal operating system opens to the TIMEZ platform and has the ability to collect personal information, referred to as system permissions or permissions. Part II Privacy Policy

1. How do we collect and use your information?

(I) User Registration

  1. Basic user services

    We provide you with user services through the TIMEZ platform and the TIMEZ account. To register as a user and use our user services, you need to provide your mobile phone number and WeChat ID to create a TIMEZ account. If you do not provide this necessary information, you will not be able to create a user account, browse the information on the TIMEZ platform, or purchase any products.

    You do not need to register as our user and provide the above information if you only need to use the experiential browsing and search services.

  2. Additional User Services

    We will verify your identity by sending a verification code through text message or email. Your user name is your default nickname. You can provide additional personal information such as residence, nickname, and avatar, which are not required for registration but belongs to your "account information. Your additional account information will help us provide you with personalized product recommendations and better browsing services. It will not affect your use of the basic functions of the TIMEZ platform if you do not provide this additional information.

    We may obtain your third-party account information from a third party based on your authorization and bind it to your TIMEZ account, so that you can log in and use the TIMEZ platform directly through the third-party account. We will use your relevant information within the scope of your authorization.

  3. Identity verification

    we need to collect your relevant information for identity verification when you use specific services/functions in order to meet relevant legal provisions and regulatory requirements, ensure the authenticity of user identities, implement anti-fraud and other risk controls, and ensure system and service security, such as:

(1)Account retrieval: When you use the "Account retrieval" function, we may collect your identity information, including your real name and mobile number , to verify your identity and help you retrieve your TIMEZ platform account. If necessary, we may verify your identity through real-name verification, facial recognition, etc.
    2. (2)Account Enhanced Protection: When you use the "Account Enhanced Protection" function, you can choose to submit facial recognition information or voiceprint to enable face scanning verification or voice verification. Refusing to provide the aforementioned sensitive personal information will only make you unable to use the corresponding function, but will not affect your normal use of other functions.
    3. (3)Real-name authentication: You need to perform real-name or real-person authentication for special types of goods or services,(including but not limited to protecting the rights and interests of minors in accordance with the law, combating telecommunications network fraud, administrative law enforcement or identification of relevant subjects in judicial proceedings). To achieve the purpose of authentication, you need to actively provide relevant real identity information (name, ID number etc or facial recognition information, which may vary depending on the actual situation, subject to the page prompt) and authorize us to verify the information through a national authoritative and trusted identity authentication agency. We will record and save the information and the results in accordance with the law. This information is only used to complete the authentication purpose or other purposes specified by laws and regulations, and will not be used for any other purposes without your permission.

You need to provide the following information to browse products on the TIMEZ platform:

Device information : We will receive and record information about the device you are using based on your specific operations during software installation and/or use (inclding device brand, device model, operating system version, device settings, unique device identifier) used to identify users and provide recommendation and search services when not logged in.Please note that separate device information, browser type or search keyword information alone cannot identify you and does not constitute your personal information. We have the right to use it for any purpose. Only when your separate device information, browser type or search keyword information is used in combination with your other information and can identify you, we will treat your device information, browser type or search keyword information as your personal information during the combined use, and process and protect it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. device environment, mobile application list and other software and hardware feature information, device location information (including your authorized GPS location and sensor information such as WLAN access points, Bluetooth and base stations).

We will combine the device information, service log information, and other information with your authorization collected in accordance with the law to predict your preference characteristics through algorithm models. Based on the public preferences, we will push commercial advertisements and other information that may be of interest to you on the TIMEZ platform and other third-party applications, or send you commercial messages. We will also use sorting and selection algorithms to form relevant filtered lists based on statistical analysis of the hot news, trends and users browsing/searching for products or services on the TIMEZ platform, and recommend them to you.

Personalized recommendation and search algorithms will predict your preference based on our model, to match and sort the products, services or other information that you may be interested in. We will provide real-time adjustment on the recommendation model based on your browsing behavior during the use of the product, and continuously adjust and optimize the recommendation results.In order to meet your diverse needs, we will introduce diversified recommendation technologies in the sorting process, expand the recommended content, and avoid excessive concentration of the same type of content.

At the same time, we strive to protect your privacy through the following measures:

  1. If you want to delete your browsing and search history, you can select "Clear search history" in "My-Browsing history", "Discover-Search box-History";
  2. If you do not want to receive commercial advertisements sent by us, you can unsubscribe or close the advertisements by replying to the SMS prompt or other methods we provide;
  3. If you need to view the sorting that is not based on your personal characteristics when using the search service on the TIMEZ platform provided by us, you can click "Filter" on the "Select Watch" page and select "Price", "Category", "Product Type" and other options to set;

If you do not want to see the products or services we recommend to you on the homepage or the payment completion page, you can long press the recommended product or service image and choose to block similar products or services or the categories they belong to according to the prompts in the pop-up window that appears;
  5. If you want to manage the personalized ads we send you, you can set them in "My-Settings-Privacy Settings" and "My-Settings-Push Notifications";
  6. If you want to manage the personalized content we push to you, you can make the settings in "My-Settings-Privacy Settings" and "My-Settings-Push Notifications".

(IV) Place an order

When you order specific goods and/or services, we will generate an order for you to purchase the goods and/or services through the system. During the order process, you need to provide your consignee's name, delivery address, and consignee's contact number. At the same time, the order will state the goods and/or services you purchased, the specific order number, the order creation time, and the amount you should pay.If you do not provide the above information, we may not be able to complete your order.

You can fill in/select more additional information including additional contact numbers, delivery time to ensure accurate delivery of goods or services, but not filling in this information will not affect your order.

You can order goods and/or services for other people through the TIMEZ platform. You need to provide the aforementioned necessary information of the actual orderer. If the personal information of minors is involved, you need to obtain the consent of the minor’s parents or guardians before providing it.

(V) Payment and Collect Payment

You need to provide your mobile phone number, user information and select a payment method, and complete the payment through a third-party payment institution that cooperates with TIMEZ Technology. If you do not provide the above information, you will not be able to complete the payment.

If you are a seller or merchant, you need to provide your mobile phone number , bank account number or third-party payment institution account number to complete the payment. If you do not provide the above information, you will not be able to receive the payment.

In order for us to promptly learn and confirm your payment/collection progress and provide you with after-sales services, you agree that we may collect payment progress-related information from third-party payment institutions.

(VI) Delivery of Goods

You need to provide your mobile phone number, recipient's name , and delivery address to ensure that the goods you purchased can be delivered smoothly, safely, and accurately. You understand and agree that the corresponding third-party delivery company will inevitably know and use your mobile phone number, recipient's name, and delivery address for the purpose of completing the delivery.

(VII) Opening a bank account

We cooperate with third-party financial institutions and banks (hereinafter referred to as " third-party banks"). You can choose to provide us with your name, address, mobile phone number, ID card, business license or bank account number to complete the account opening at the third-party bank. You understand and agree that the corresponding third-party bank will inevitably know and use your name, address, mobile phone number, ID card, business license or bank account number to open a bank account and provide you with other services

(X) Others

  1. If the information you provide contains the personal information of other users, you must ensure that you have obtained legal authorization before providing such personal information to us. If it involves the personal information of minors, you must obtain the consent of the minor’s parents or other guardians before publishing. In the above circumstances, the guardian has the right to contact us through the contact information in Article 11 of Part II of this Policy to request correction or deletion of the content involving the personal information of minors.
  2. If we use information for other purposes not specified in this policy, or use information collected for specific purposes for other purposes, or if we actively obtain your personal information from a third party, we will obtain your consent in advance. 3. How do we use SDK

n order to provide and optimize our products or services, third-party SDKs are embedded in our APs. While cooperating with us to provide you with more comprehensive services, these third-party SDKs will collect your personal information and provide such personal information to third parties under our control. We will take necessary measures to control the collection and use of your personal information by such third-party SDKs, and ensure that your personal information is protected to a degree not less than that specified in this policy through contracts and other forms.   2. Sharing with explicit consent: We will share your personal information with other parties after obtaining your explicit consent.
  3. Sharing with affiliates: Your personal information may be shared with our affiliates. We will only share necessary personal information , and will be subject to the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy. If we share your sensitive personal information or our affiliates change the purpose of using and processing your personal information, we will ask for your authorization and consent again.

(II) Deleting your information

You can delete some of your information through the methods listed in Section 7 of Part II of this Privacy Policy, “(I) Query, correct and supplement your information”. You can request us to delete your personal information in the following circumstances:

  1. If our handling of personal information violates laws and regulations;
  2. If we collect and use your personal information without your explicit consent;
  3. If our handling of personal information seriously violates our agreement with you;
  4. If you no longer use our products or services, or you actively cancel your account;
  5. If we permanently stop providing products or services to you.

You can apply to cancel your account in the following ways:

  1. Log in to the TIMEZ platform (APP), go to "My-Settings-Information and Account-Account Management" and select "Deregister Account";
  2. 2. Log in to the TIMEZ platform (APP) and select "My-Settings-About Us-Customer Service Hotline" for help. Customer service will assist you in applying to cancel your account.

After you actively cancel your account, we will stop providing you with products or services and delete your personal information or make it anonymous in accordance with applicable laws.

(V) Responding to your above requests

For security reasons, you may need to provide a written request or prove your identity in other ways. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request.

We will respond within 15 days. If you are not satisfied, you can also file a complaint through the TIMEZ customer service.

In principle, we do not charge fees for your reasonable requests, but we will charge a certain fee for repeated requests that exceed reasonable limits. We may reject requests for information that is not directly related to your identity, unwarranted repetition of information, or that require too many technical means (for example, the development of new systems or fundamental changes to current practices), pose risks to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are impractical.

In the following circumstances, we will be unable to respond to your request in accordance with laws and regulations:

  2. Related to public safety, public health, and major public interests;
  3. Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgment;
